Kerry seems to think you can blow off China and negotiate bilaterally with the NK's. Kerry might have got that idea from that egomaniac Richard Holbrooke. Anyway, you can't just sit down with the NK's and then tell China and Russia and Japan what's gonna happen. That is crazy. . . . The President should fire the guy who decided the lecterns should be of equal height--made Mr. Bush look like a kid peeking over a fence. :roll:
