Yes, Senators do read blogs

Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) referenced a blog post by Volokh Conspiracy’s Jim Lindgren yesterday.  He didn’t mention the blog name, but it was clear by what he was asking that he was referring to Jim’s post.  Jim writes:
