So- – - I gather you think Judge Alito might be at least as well qualified as that paragon of democrat virtues, senator “Sheets” Byrd?

I thought he volunteered her. I don’t think he would volunteer an extremist.

I’m surprised that more conservatives haven’t spoken out about Clinton’s pick of Ginsburg, who was not only a out-and-out liberal but a lawyer for the ACLU, yet only. I’m not certain where Alito stands on affirmative action (which I support), but from what I’ve read and seen I’d support him.
