Illegal immigrants in NC seem to be getting it while illegal immigrants are held in the Baxter detention centre in South Australia, just heard we have got to mend the centre after fire, cost to tax payers.

Terror suspects are shackled, not heard if they can be detained as illegal immigrants or if they are legal terror suspects, which seems are strange turn of phrase. Help sistah out in understanding?

He appeared in a Guantanamo Bay-style orange jumpsuit, shackled at the arms and legs with chains attached to his waist, and heavy security at his side.
His appearance via video at Central Local Court gave an insight into how authorities are dealing with the suspects.
