If you Cut and Run Democrats got your way and withdrew all our troops out of Iraq, what is the criteria for their return? Would it be massive bloodletting if a tyrant like Al Sadr took over and started killing?

I don’t think there is a criteria to return the troops in Murtha’s Cut and Run plan, except if a High ranking Democrat gets caught doing their evil and needs to get themselves off the front pages ala Clinton bombing the aspirin factory to distract from getting Monicas on the job.

I’m going to try and get around to updating it soon.
