So their position is that they have no position. Sure, why not, it isn’t like we’re talking about anything significant here.

Why stop there, though? Why is Iraq the only item on the national agenda that the Dems refuse to have a position on? Their slogan ought to be “We have no idea what we stand for, and we feel very strongly about that!”

After all, that’s what America is all about, right? Okay, so I don’t believe it is, but if one of the two major political parties adopts that stance, then a goodly proportion of the population must be ready to fight to the death for the right to not make a decision.

This is NOT a democracy. This is a representative republic. Our representatives took up the issue and only 1% voted the way you want (for troop withdrawal)

In a democracy the common folk get to discuss what we want to do as a group. When we reach a consensus we act. If we discover that the decision we made was wrong we debate again, reach a new consensus and act. And so on and so on and so on. Good Americans can have honest differences of opinion especially when war is the topic. Peace

Well this leftie thinks Rep Pelosi should’ve kept her trap shut. Commenting that it’s ok for us to bitch and moan won’t go down well with the american public when the troops are in harm’s way. Blast holes in the 43 admin’s screw up’s ……. not that well if they have a bad day in Iraq we’ll blast the whole campign. Not real smart.
