    My prediction: Cats win, but ONLY if they bring major heat on Manning and can keep Tiki under 100.

    LEFT OF CENTER FOLKS. Bush and Arnold are LEFT OF CENTER yet get attacked as being extreme right by leftists.

    Billions of dollars of additional debt. More than 25% more spending than revenue according to my calculations for over 10 years. HOW does a state spend 25% more than revenue? By ruining a states credit rating, and mortgaging our children’s future. We will be doubly/triply in trouble when baby boomers come of age.
