Has anyone else ever heard of Rightwing Socialists? And what about “the left will legislate all Rightwing Socialists into Liberals”? We need constructionists on the court instead of liberals because in the Kilo decision they used “Public Purpose” instead of what is in the Fifth Amendment “Public Use”.

The only time the Court is relevant is if it has something to rule on. And now that we have strict constructionists on the Court, the Left will legislate all Rightwing Socialists into Liberals. Peace

Andrew, look again. Souter’s house is before the Village Council to be taken by ED for Econimic Deveolpment as in Kelo. Souter is reaping what he helped sow.
