Hey Steve “Cheney and his mob” I didn’t know that Cheney is the head of a Union along with being the VP? “WOW” Steve I guess that if Cheney is charged with War Crimes they will have to charge all the Congressmen who authorized us to go to War Democrats to!

Then we have Rob who said “If Cheney was drunk the Secret Service Agents should be fired” “WOW” another well thought out intelligent comment!

Also Rob wrote “Strangely, though, the guy who writes Capital Hill Blues worked for the â€˜84 Reagan campaign.” what does that have to do with the price of tea in china?

Strangely, though, the guy who writes Capital Hill Blues worked for the ’84 Reagan campaign.

Cheney never should have had anything to drink until after the hunt. If he was drunk, someone ought to fire the Secret Service agents.

Was he drunk? We’ll never know for sure because of the way Cheney handled it. Way to go.

Let’s put it this way. When I was a liberal (pre 1992), I knew a lot less. During my conversion I went to the library 3 times a week for a full year.

This was relatively easy as I mixed in my college class work with my research that I wanted to research on.

For whatever it's worth, even though eyewitness accounts prove no one was drunk, there are still people who hate Bush/Cheney so much that they will never accept it. For example, on the JWalk blog [a blog I check daily for interesting links even though he is showing an increasing dislike...even hatred...of conservatives, Republicans, Christianity, etc.] Mr. Walkenbach, someone whom I formerly accepted as someone who was of reasonable intelligence cites the Thompson article in his post as if it were gospel truth. Personally I have never heard of this "Doug Thompson" before and if the articles I read of typical of his journalistic integrity, then it reveals he really has little to none (which might make him a prime candidate for a job with the NY Times or LA Times). Common sense dictates that the named eyewitnesses in the NBC report upon outweight the unnamed sources Thompson cites but those adhereing to Thompson's conspiracy theory only show how deluded they truly are.

OMG wine with lunch, then guns were involved!!!! I think Cheney has been bought by the extremely powerful French Whine and Cheese lobby. You know that he is orignally from an area that was orginally not part of the United States, so he must be bought and paid for. I bet he has even drinken an imported beer.
