btw it was never said that patrick was drinking in the report, though it certainly looks to be so, and I believe there may have been a witness that has said that he was drinking.

Now interstingly enough, if he was drinking, and mixing it with perscription drugs, since they are playing it up as an Abien issue, that would be an interesting spin on the story.

Did anyone see big fat Teddy asking stupid questions of Judge Alito? Ted was sitting there all high and mighty, like he is someone of importance. The fact Ted Kennedy is in office really is a joke.

- I recall that those were the days when you could still play to the publics sympathies, presenting him as an injured pathetic figure who could hardly have been expected to save Mary Jo, when he’d barely managed to escape himself. Several authors that had an “inside” to the Kennedy Klan have said that he was actually coached on how to act and look to support the idea. Today of course, with so many people discovering the cashin possibilities of any sort of 15 minutes of fame, with a possible book deal, sympathy is a thing of the past.

Aside from all that, he made no mention of being on Ambien before, a comparison of his handwriting should be done, because the night of the accident his handwriting was barely legible.

I am really suprised by the police though, this sickening display of covering for senators and congressman that mess up is redicuous and show another form of preferencial treatment that should not be allowed. For anyone else, the first thing that would have been done would have been to have us in the back of the cruiser while they administer a breath-alyzer test, refusal to sumbit meant being brought down to jail, and not being driven home by the police.

-Actually the more interesting aspect of this is the question of who was involved in calling off the proper FST, and interupting the beat officers from doing their jobs. More Democratic obstruction of justice? They must have Democrap moles all over the place. Or maybe some other Dem party worker or Senator saw him stagger out of the bar wasted, followed him and got on the cell phone in a hurry when the crash happened. Will be interesting to see where this goes because the Chief is adiment about getting to the bottom of it, and theres no way the fair minded news outlets will let this go.
