Of course looking at his total lack of leadership during the storm mess, and aftermath, maybe thats the only reason he was elected in the first place. At any rate he knows hes probably gone, so hes leaning on the race card as hard as he can. Doesn't look like its going to work this time, and with Hurricane season fast approaching, it couldn't come at a better time for the people of that area. They also need to get a decent Governor while they're at it.
