Without a thorough autopsy to determine the reason for death, when such is possible, no court in the world, outside of a dictatorship, would rule otherwise. - At which point if the madass drive-by press insists on publishing further lies in the cae, or the military upper ranks tries to play PC with the troops in questions lives, they can sue the hell out of everyone connected with the case. the same goes for any and all Left-wing bloggers or Congress people.
