Depends on who’s being charged, Marshall. For Rove/Rumsfeld/Bush/Cheney/anyone else in the administration, you’re right. No evidence needed – the charge is enough.

But if you’re, for example, Sandy Burglar stuffing National Archive documents down your pants, no amount of evidence will be enough to make them pay attention to the incident.

O.K., I’m gettin sick of this crap. The dems are spinnin this better than me when I used to lie to my Mother when I was a teen.
When I saw the loony female wilson attorney on joe, used to be a good Republican, scarbourough, well that segment was sickning, even joe got pissed at her when she said they weren’t sure they’d go after armitage, how assinine is that …. they just want this to go on like a Ritalin charged energizer bunny.
