2006 Weblog Awards voting over

The voting in the 2006 Weblog Awards officially ended Friday night.

I’d like to thank all who voted for me as well as congratulate fellow NC blogger Betsy Newmark, who won in the best of the top 251-500 blogs competition.

I have to say that I’m disappointed Hot Air didn’t win in the best video blog category. Ah well – not winning doesn’t necessarily mean that a blog isn’t the best and I think the best video competition is a clear example of that :)
