Keep your eye out on this story:
DURHAM – Durham police are investigating allegations that a Duke University student was raped at an off-campus party on Gattis Street around 3 a.m. Sunday.
More than 50 people attended a party over the weekend on Gattis Street, a duplex where several male Duke students live, according to Durham police. Neighbors told the (Raleigh) News & Observer Sunday afternoon that a large number of cars were parked along the street, and loud music blared from the rowdy party.
An 18-year-old woman said she was raped in a bathroom of the residence around 3 a.m., according to a Durham police news release.
Police had not charged anyone late Sunday in connection with the allegations but released a description of a suspect: a black male, in his late teens or early 20s, about 6-feet-1-inch tall and wearing a black do-rag, a gray sweatshirt and blue jeans, according to the news release.
In story after story about this alleged incident, I couldn’t find the race of the woman making the allegations or the race of the alleged rapist until I ran across the link above, which lists Jessica Rocha from the Raleigh News and Observer as the writer. However, at the R N&O website’s link, here’s the description:
Police had not charged anyone but released a description of a suspect. The man is described as being in his late teens or early 20s, about 6-foot-1 and wearing a black do-rag, a gray sweatshirt and blue jeans, according to a police news release.
I don’t know if the race of the alleged attacker is being left out on purpose, or if it’s because there is some conflicting information on it. The incident report doesn’t note the race of the alleged attacker or the woman making the allegations. The woman who has alleged that this happened is a Duke student, but it’s unclear if the accused is, even though the article notes that “several Duke students” live at the house where the alleged incident supposedly took place.
If this case involves a black suspect and a white alleged victim, it will be very noteworthy to study how the MSM covers this, as opposed to how they have the Duke lacrosse case.

I’d prefer the MSM not cover it at all. It’s a local story.
Well, how many white guys wear do-rags?
Vanilla Ice?
The Duke Chronicle has identified the AV as white, and the alleged attacker as black.
Most papers have not mentioned the race of either, tho one originally ID’d the alleged attacker as black, but has since redacted that info in subsequent stories.
It’s semitically-correct to avoid mentioning the race of criminals if the victim is white and the criminal is non-white. The media jews push the idea that whites have been evil to blacks for all of their history and therefore justify black crime. Crimes like this go against their social engineering, so they wipe it under the rug and it gets 1/1000 of the publicity of cases where the races are reversed. Political correctness = Semitical correctness.

Liberalism Is Philosophically Un-American
(excerpt) :
“During the first year of the Duke Lacrosse case, liberals, in knee jerk fashion, criminalized the boys and exonerated the girl. They did not look at the merits and obvious specifics of the particular situation. As liberals, they did not look at these boys as individuals but as members of a group. Because these boys come from a group liberals consider powerful, the boys were automatically guilty. After all, as liberals see it, the boys are from that “powerful” group known as white Christians. Even if they didn’t do the crime, the goal of equality demands they be brought down and leveled.
“Though full of glaring inconsistencies, the girl was nonetheless, according to liberals, a victim and entitled to her pound of flesh. Why? Because she is not to be seen simply as an individual but, more as a member of a “weak” group, namely, women — and a black woman to boot. In the name of leveling, she had to be brought up and the boys brought down, even if the facts were otherwise. Right over wrong did not matter; only class/group struggle did. Even today, some of Duke’s outspoken liberal professors would sacrifice the justice due these individual young men on the altar of social engineering for the sake of the “utopian” enterprise.”
I don’t believe race should be the issue in any rape case. However, as it seems to be an issue, I think if it is a black suspect and a white victim, it should be reported the same as if it were reversed; but it won’t be. It is only a big deal when a black person is wronged by a white person, never the other way around. I think the Duke Lacrosse case was so highly reported because of the race of both parties, and which race did what to the other. If someone is wronged, why should the color of their skin, or the person who did it be of any concern. When are the people of this country going to stop using the race issue to further their own causes. People are people, there are good ones and bad ones, regardless of their skin color.
The purpose of a description of an alleged assailant, is to help find him. To omit the second largest attribute after the sex of the AA is to be, at the very least, disengenuous, and more likely, intentionally obstructive in the name of political sensitivity.
