I have a t-shirt that says "No, I will not fix your computer." Sometimes you have to do it though, for relatives and dear friends. It's always fun to try and unwind the Gordian Knot that non-techies manage to get their PCs wound up in isn't it? "Why did you click on that!!!?!?!?!" "Well, it looked interesting." Viruses, spyware, corrupted registries, etc. ad nauseum. "I have virus protection, I think..." "Well, when's the last time you updated it?" "I have to update it?" ARGH! Hope it works out well ST. I can relate. My father-in-law is still waiting for me to go up for a visit to hook his DVD player to his new plasma TV. It's three cables dude...oh never mind. In fact, once I pick up a SATA cable, I have to run Norton Ghost (well, the follow-on to it at least) on his so I can move everything to a replacement drive Dell sent him and see if that solves his unmountable boot volume problems.
