Well, the Obama campaign certainly didn&#039;t produce this ad themselves.  There&#039;s no disclaimer text, and no &quot;I&#039;m Barack Obama and I approved this message&quot;.  Whether they worked with some techies to produce the ad privately to skirt federal campaign finance laws is another question.

The ad, by the way, is a remix and update of Apple&#039;s 1984 (I think) Super Bowl ad - the original certainly didn&#039;t have the woman wearing an iPod.  :)</description>
