    DAMMIT! I missed the start here, and worse, the B4B thread locked up when the clock read 10:45.

    Meanwhile, the Cleveland Indians will be playing a “home” series against the LAAA in Milwaukee because of Gorbal Warming dumping a heap of snow in Cleveland.

    The funny thing is that we’ll have a heap of snow around these parts. 1-2″ in the city itself, up to 6 points immediately north. The difference is, we have a dome.

    I hate the 4 1/2 minute commercial breaks and waiting a week to learn what happens in the next hour, so I wait until a season comes out on DVD and watch it at my leisure, several episodes at a time. I just watched a DVD containing the 1st four episodes of the current season, plus the first act of the fifth, to right after the suitcase nuke goes off in L.A.

    Boy, that Bauer is a resilient guy, right out of 18 months of Chinese torture and he explodes immediately back into action, starting with tearing out that tango’s jugular with his teeth. :-)

    Personally, I could think of a million other places I’d rather be than standing in Assad’s shoes.
