I watched some the ILLEGALS and what they had to say and I became enraged once again.
They were making statements about human rights and their absolute right to get amnesty.
I am glad some of them got blasted with the rubber bullets and you can bet the farm that incident will be blown up into a major incident, like another Kent State. These ILLEGALS don’t have the right to do whatever the hell they want in MY COUNTRY. I just wonder how many Americans have had their SS#’S stolen and used by these criminals.
The conservative candidate that takes this issue head on will get my vote in 08 — I WILL NOT VOTE UNLESS THIS ISSUE IS HANDLED. i’M TIRED OF ALL THE PUSSYFOOTING AROUND. !!!!!

Our beautiful blogmistress knows that I’m very conservative, but on this issue, the anti-illegal immigration conservatives need to do something really drastic, and that’s look in the mirror.

We go to the polls every couple of years, and a lot of us cast votes for politicians who promise to “do something” about illegal immigration, but we vote, every day of the week, with our wallets, with the economic choices that we take, to support illegal immigration.

If you buy a product or a service that you either know or are pretty certain was produced by illegal immigrant labor, then you are paying to have an illegal immigrant here.

I’m continually amazed by the conservatives who have Made It along the Middle Atlantic coast in all of these Toll Brothers McMansions, houses that were built with illegal immigrants doing the excavation, concrete, framing, xterior siding, interior drywall, painting and roofing of their new homes. I’m stunned by all of the people opposed to illegal immigration who are eating chicken that was processed and packed by illegal aliens.

We need to realize what it is that we do. Illegal aliens are here for one reason, and one reason only: we are willing to buy the products they make and the services they provide.

Conservatives are treating the illegal immigration problem like we treat the illegal drug trade: we go after and are willing to punish the pushers, but do virtually nothing to the people who buy and use drugs. None of us are fooled into thinking that we can stop drug use that way; why should we think we’ll stop illegal immigration by the same mindset?

A one-way street runs past my office building’s entrance, but I don’t like driving ’round the block to go the right way on it, so from now on, I’m going to drive the wrong way on that street to get to work. Yes, I know it’s illegal, but my employer needs me. No one else will work for the pittance I am paid. Traffic cops had better not arrest me and toss me in the hoosegow, ’cause my kids need me. Don’t separate a poor working man from his family when he’s just trying to make a better life for the kids! Tonight, I’m writing my congressional reps to tell them they have to write a new law giving me, and every other employee in my office, the right to drive on that street the wrong way. It’s downright UnAmerican to be treated as a second class driver!

Yes. Inconvenient truth for liberals is that we allow more legal citizens to this country per year than all other countries combined.

That is the “path to citizenship”.

Anything not legal is the path to weakened national security no matter what smoke and mirrors and so-called compassion arguements people make. Compassion needs to also include safety for the people of America because it is not compassionate to allow for an unsafe environment where people can be killed in greater numbers. Misplaced compassion with no logic is no compassion. It is illogic that leads to evil having it’s way.
