After reading the story, the korean dry cleaner had offered him more money than his stupid pants were worth. They’ve spent a fortune in legal fees. I think the korean drycleaner should counter sue for harrasment.

Read about this last week. Seems he has a history of driving up legal costs with excessive litigation.

Not only that, but I’ve read the DC Consumer Protection Procedures Act, and nowhere does it state that damages accrue “per day”.

My expectation: the court awards him $1500 so that the case can’t be retried, then slap him with so many fines and penalties that it makes his head spin.

And even if he’s not immediately removed from the bench, I believe DC Admin judges are elected–don’t expect him to get re-elected.

Not that it makes a big difference, but wonder if he is a liberal judge or a conservative judge…..

This judge is an ass. He is using the judicial system improperly, and wasting the courts time. If he thinks he’s entitled to 67 million dollars, he’s too stupid to be employed by the courts and should be fired from his job.

This judge needs to be disbarred or impeached, whichever is appropriate discipline. If a judge is THIS off base, now we see why there is such a problem with the U.S. Court system and out of control lawsuits.
