I’m not sure about the details of Texas CCW law, but here in Colorado you can’t drill somebody for stealing property and to shoot someone who threw a pen knife (!) wouldn’t justify lethal force.

Lethal force used in such circumstances would, however, justify incarceration and a speedy trial.

This guy should be shot.

Interesting how so many libs are on the Vitter post slamming conservatives for “hypocrisy”, yet none of them venture here to defend the hypocrisy of a democrat who almost killed a man.
