I had one way back when. Then I grew it out to the same length, then I finally had to get it cut. Too hot here in the summer for long hair.

I had hair long enough to reach by reaching behind my back.

When I joined the Navy in 1988 other guys got their hair cut short before entering boot camp.

I didn’t. I wanted to ~~save my money~~ be cool.

The company commander took one look at me and said, “YOU !…. COME HERE…. I WANT TO SEE THIS !!”

I rushed to the front of the line where the company commander laughed, the clipper buzzed, the barber treated me roughly and long locks of hair dropped to the floor.

My hair goes well past shoulder length. I usually tie it up for “bidness” purposes.

My daughter has begged me to trim it into a “mullet” and to allow her to take photos before I decide to cut it completely off.

Not gonna’ happen. .

I have naturally curly hair to go with my bright blue eyes. I would look silly with a mullet. Thankfully I was never able to wear one. – Lorica
