People that want to live a long, healthy life do not inject unknown substances into their veins, whether the needles are new or not; so what would be the benefit of this program? That there would be a reduction in STD’s that effect their sex partners? Only a junkie can stop being a junkie, and they laugh at these “outreach educational programs”. They know that their lifestyle is self-destructive!

yes, this maybe become somewhat “revolution” on injection. we all know that blood transmission is one of the major ways to spread HIV, and injection is the key way to contact our blood, as a guy i knew on positivesingles.com said, this kind of bring users’ own needles and drugs may prevent HIV more effectively. i guess he just think when we bring our needles and drugs, we must have already pay enough attention to them, so there would be less risks…
