Actually, Ted, I am appalled at your stated intent to do damage to the nation in order to prove yourself right. Be smug andf high minded, but that's what your position comes down to.

So Ted, you intend to punish the electorate for not choosing somebody meeting your laundry list? If you can't get 100%, then everyone can go to hell?

Not at all- they in no way have to meet my "laundry list". What I am talking about are fatal flaws. Socialist ideas. Poor economic and anti-constitutional views. The fact that I can't find a conservative among the Republican candidates is scary. Even more scary is the fact that the closest thing Republicans offer to a conservative is a libertarian.

Which brings us to...

You sound like a libertarian. And I don't mean that as a compliment. Libertarians are doomed to high minded principled failure for as long as they insist on an all or nothing approach. They'll never get all, so they'd better get used to nothing.

Libertarians are generally idealist, and are inpractical in their approaches, from that viewpoint. The are much like communists in that mannerism- it is a utopian approach.

So instead of petulantly griping about how sorry we'll all be after Hillary imposed martial law, why not get engaged?

This statement makes the false presupposition that I have not been engaged.

Sitting it out and pouting isn't going to change anything, and it's not going to influence anyone to go your way.

Ahh..I see. If I don't endorse what I see as an absolutely failed feild of candidates I am "pouting". From my perception, endorsing one of these mad men is immoral.

So, are you asking me to compromise my morals?

You might also ponder your stated intention to vote for the worst possible cnadidate (in your eyes) because of the damage she'll do the country. You call yourself a conservative, but I thought it was just the liberals who actively wished for bad news and considered good news "a problem."

No, IMO conservatives face reality instead of painting a sunny picture. Conservatives are realists, which is why we don't buy into utopian clap trap such as communism and socialism. We don't wish for bad news, we face it and attempt a solution. I am attempting a solution to the Republican party, who should offer up candidates without these fatal flaws.

Perhaps if the best you can do is wish for catastrophe, you ought to opt out completely. Go live off the grid in a yurt somewhere. You can claim the moral high ground without shooting yourself in the foot.

ompetely against conservative beliefs. I would rather face the problems than run from them.

And Ted, how many reasons do you need?

The more reasons, the more compelling to cast that one vote for her.

You only get to vote once- oops, sorry. If you're a Dem, of course you can vote more than once, along with all your dead relatives and the incarcerated felons and resident aliens. Just don't let casting your multiple votes interfere with your other duties of vandalism and voter intimidation. Because the last thing the Democrats can risk is a fair election.

Yes, the Dems do have a poor record of vote fraud along a wide spectrum of tactic. The are crooks and liars to be sure.

Seeing that I am a conservative and not a Dem, that is another reason to vote for Hillary. Once the Republicans presents me with a conservative to vote for, I may well do so.

But you are failing to do so miserably.

Until then, I will vote for Hillary. This is the real candiate for chage, and is the only chance we have to bring about a real conservative revolution.

No Leslie, I don't believe that about Hillary. In fact, I now question every occurrance in her vicinity. The Clinton machine has been orchestrating every aspect of the campaign, often in amazingly transparent fashion. So sorry, but I can't take anything that happens around Hillary at face value.
