I quit watching the Olympics years ago when I was fed up hearing stories about how somebody managed to pull it together and become a top diver after his dog had cancer. I would imagine that the Obamite will be plowing the same field of sensitive viewers over and over spending a lot of dollars. In my old-man opinion the Olympics should be about sports, who can run, throw or jump the furtherest. As for the coverage which gets worse each four years; I don't really care about the crap each contestant with a story had to overcome. Of course there is a bit of balance about a Commie linking himself to this huge emotion-soaked event in Red China.
