A brief description of the (normally) lovely Acacia Tree……..

Acacia is a genus of shrubs and trees of Gondwanian origin belonging to the Subfamily Mimosoideae of the Pea Family (Family Fabaceae).(Not to be confused with the Macaca family)

A durable hard wood from fast growing trees from the Far East and South America. The thin grain, the flame design and varied colour shades give furniture made from it a warm appearance. (So they *CHANGED* it into an edible pastel)

Industrial and medicinal uses:
Various species of acacia yield gum. True gum arabic is the product of Acacia Senegal, abundant in dry tropical west Africa from Senegal to northern Nigeria. (…keepin’it real, since it’s from one of Americas 57 plus states…….)

Well there is no accounting for taste is there. It almost looks like a candy disc, you know like a peppermint with a handle. Much to hippy for me thank you. I just wonder who will be, pardon the expression, “the sucker” who will buy it and actually walk round using it.
