Patrick Appel, a colleague of Andrew Sullivan’s, is guestblogging for him this week while he’s away (presumably to seek help) and one of his first posts is one in which he takes on the “facts” Sullivan has asserted about Gov. Palin’s Trig pregnancy. Suffice it so say Appel is more in line with the conservative view than Andrew’s. In essence, he asks, “What’s the point in continuing to pursue this nonsense?”
My question: Wouldn’t it be nice if we saw more Appel and less Sullivan on the pages of the Atlantic in the coming months?

I predict that within a week we’ll be reading of Sullivan’s arrest for trespass after being caught on the Palins’ property, digging through their garbage.
Don’t call it the conservative view; it’s the sane view. I don’t think even Kos allows these nutty Trig Truthers to post on his site,
Brainster–
The first place I saw this was on the Daily Kos.

Ummmm… because Sully is a hyperventilating hysterical nincompoop?
Am I right? What do I win?
