What… when it snows I stay in the house and cook!! I like to go outside and go sledding and make margaritas. When NC used to get snow, a bunch of us in the neighbor hood hooked up a blender and made frozen margaritas while the children all played! it was awesome.. thats what I think about Steveegg when it snows.. I dont think about driving in it or going to work!! Ill come up there and fix food and frozen margaritas for everyone!!

We will have a white Christmas in this area also. It will be very nice except the extreme cold that tends to follow a snow storm. I brought in one of the stray cats that haunts the woods behind my house, much to the ire of my Gizmo, who has been staying in the basement while we have had this guest. I am waiting for the white siamese to show up, hopefully soon. Even tho he doesn’t get along with the orange stray who presently lounging about cuz he has never had it so good. I will still bring him in, just to keep him alive. It is like 8 degrees outside. – Lorica

The media’s obsession with Sarah Palin continues, this time thanks to a story making headlines about how Palin’s daughter Bristol’s fiance’s mother has been arrested on drug charges.

I wish they would have had this obsession when it came to Bill Clinton’s “I didn’t inhale” comment or the rumors about cocaine use or the testimony about Bill being a rapist.

I sit in here in wonderment as to why they didn’t do any investigations regarding Barack’s testimony of alcohol abuse, and drug use?!?!?!?!

Yet someone with only the remotest connection to a Republican suddenly catches front page headlines and these guys are dumbfounded as to why they can’t sell a newspaper!!

HEADLINES: Bush’s 3rd cousin twice removed from his Grand Mother’s sister grew hemp!!!! HOLY MOLY PINCH we better get a reporter on this right away!!!

The fourteen inches of snow sure looked pretty, but a Christmas dinner of cold food from the fridge, along with it getting down to 50Âº F in the house, wasn’t nearly as much fun as you might imagine.
