I didn’t vote for either and yet living in Pa, I am forced to deal with what could be a real problem. Sickening.

Why does Gitmo have to close?
And rest assured these America haters will be enjoying alot of rights and that may include visitors who could be terrorists. IS this some sort of set up to let them plan things more efficiently in their next attack on our soil?
Or to have them escape more readily?

Obama has other friends who are terrorists, it wouldn’t surprise me if he is setting us up.

I bet the people who didn’t vote for him are happy that the final decision is the Govenor’s and not Murtha’s. I have to admit also, that I have never heard such stupid things come out of the mouth of a human being before. If one of the really bad detainees were to escape, they could cause a great deal of havoc in a very short period of time. Murtha is a naive fool, if he thinks some of these guys aren’t dangerous.

Along with this, has anyone heard if the Gov. of Kansas has changed her mind about housing them in Leavenworth??? She told Barack flat out NO. Interestingly enough, she still thinks it’s a good idea to close Gitmo, but only as long as the prisoners there aren’t housed in Kansas. Too funny. – Lorica

This is one issue I wish President Obama would just leave alone. Closing GITMO is scary.

Stick with the stimulus and leave GITMO to the military.
