Senator Jeff Bingaman actually had an interview on Albuquerque's KOB770 radio station and stated on the air that he wanted to re-instate the "Fairness Doctrine." I have written him numerous times; he is an elitist and believes his opinions are more important than anything his constituents say. Any conservative in New Mexico has no voice and no power. And the ultimate gall is that mainstream news outlets are anything but "fair." When I wrote Bingaman, I suggested that if the Fairness Doctrine was re-instated that it would be great to see NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS, CNN, MSNBC, etc. all stop their pro-liberal agenda & begin to report the news in a non-bias manner.
