He won't be scrutinized any further for a couple of reasons. First, he was nominated by an African American, so to challenge him on any grounds would be racist. Second, he is also an African American, so to challenge him on any grounds would be racist. And last, he is no worse than other nominees with tax problems that have been confirmed, so throw ethics and scandal out the window, this guy's as clean as a whistle. To not approve him would be racist. Wish I could have gotten away with not paying taxes for years without penalty, but then, I'm not an African American, I'm not a donkey and I certainly haven't been nominated for a position in the Zero guvmint.
