The more I see, the more I think he kind of fits this pattern. For example:

(1) has a grandiose sense of self-importance (e.g., exaggerates achievements and talents, expects to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements)

Two books about his favorite subject - himself - followed by no accomplishments except reading well from the teleprompter. Check.

(2) is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love

Hey, no mere mortal deserves to have his acceptance speech delivered against a Mount Olympus background.

(4) requires excessive admiration

Like a White House web page dedicated to the "hero"...

(5) has a sense of entitlement, i.e., unreasonable expectations of especially favorable treatment or automatic compliance with his or her expectations

Or, in short, "I won". So shut up while I redistribute your wealth.

(6) is interpersonally exploitative, i.e., takes advantage of others to achieve his or her own ends

And once you're no longer useful, it's under the bus with you - grandma, Rev. Wright, wounded soldiers, etc...

(9) shows arrogant, haughty behaviors or attitudes

OK, he's hasn't hit "John Kerry" on the HaughtyMeter yet, but where do you put someone who thinks he can stops the seas from rising?

LOL … and I clicked on a couple of images of Joe Biden and did NOT see the “hero” the filename.

The problem isn’t that the picture itself has “hero” in the filename that I think is bizarre, it’s that they have an entire category called “hero” and are filing Obama pics under it.

Right-click any of those pics being shown, and select “properties”…ALL of them have a URL like this:

“http://www.whitehouse.gov/assets/hero/picture.jpg”

Now, I could see it if they were wanting to use this to honor citizens they thought were heroes, but the President himself? Someone’s a little full of themselves, aren’t they? lol
