Unfortunately, I believe that President Obama doesn't have the fortitude or wherewithall to apologize for anything. We saw then President Bush be fair and invite President Obama to the White House and be involved in WH meetings before he was sworn in as a courtesy - certainly something the Clinton's didn't do for President Bush. The Democrats don't have the guts or humility to apologize even when they are wrong. President Obama will apologize to George Bush——when cows fly!
