I guess dissent is not patriotic after all, hm?

Not surprised at all, but remember, we’re all just being paranoid about this Orwellian administration. They’re so quick to cozy up to dictators and rogue nations, but have declared war on conservatives in their own country.

    Disgusting.

    Scary times ahead!

    Right on, NC Cop!

The years of projection from the left are now coming into focus. For every situation they have considered what they would do if they were the one being accused, then accused the person of believing/reacting as they themselves would. Of course, when one has no grounded morality it is easy to suppose extreme action/reaction.

As I noted long ago, anyone to the right of Reid/ Kennedy/Pelosi/Obama simply has to, by definition, be an extremist and/or a terrorist. Since they now control the language of politics (with a more-than-willing MSM) they can call us anything they want.

But I still don’t see violence coming from those accused “extremists”, like the peaceful protests of military recruitment in the Bay area, or any of a myriad of other “peaceful” protests that have taken place by the loving left in the past two decades.

Vipers. Especially the O-bots in DHS.

  4. Great White Rat says:

Not only isn’t it patriotic, but now any disagreement on the wrong issues marks you as an extremist. From the linked Malkin post:

Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented …and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration.

So…if you subscribe to the Tenth Amendment, you’re now a rightwing extremist. Ditto if you find abortion abhorent. Hmm…I’ll bet they’ve already got dossiers on ST and most of the rest of us already.

I’m surprised this stayed under the radar for so long. I heard about the beginnings of this last last month and posted a comment on it here. I notice that the Malkin post mentions that the original report I referenced has been “withdrawn”. All that means is that our leftist overlords realize they got caught saying what they really mean, and they need to do be less transparent about their intentions.

  5. Carlos says:

The Tenth Amendment is simply to be considered as the other original nine: stupid rantings of reactionary revolutionaries drunk with the power vested in them by the people, instead of listening to true revolutionaries like Marx and Ayers.

Oh, my bad. Marx and Ayers weren’t around then to gently guide the poor unfortunates into a Utopian society.

This worrisome report points the way for the “federal” police that Obama espoused duing his media propelled campaign to the white house. In other words, we are looking at further polarization of that element which he and his progresive/socialist/communist minions deem as subversive to their plans. It is a scary thought, but something that even the Germans did not thinks was possible in their day.
