Until that happens, until they stop splintering off into factions... there will be no big win in 2012. There needs to be a person who comes to the forefront with a message that attracts all, Repubs and Independents. A 3 party system spells defeat for Repubs and victory for Dems. The "centrist" that runs the WH is now desperately trying how to push his "President-for-Life" program through as fast as possible and, if that fails, I'm sure will create some national "emergency" that will allow him to do so anyway. Having said that, it is incumbent upon conservatives to not get complacent and assume that, because we won a couple of fights we will automatically win next year. First, I’m still not convinced there will be an election next year, at least not like we have had in the past.
