So when Dubya after his term,and was not prosecuted or whatever on his alleged crimes, then the his acts as POTUS, by Mathews logic,can not be considered as crime or whatever.

LOL—how do you spell idiot? Chris Matthews.

So he appears to be on the horns of a dilemma….which is a crime? the first hateful thought or final hateful actions? And when it is correct to intervene?

When liberals/progressives decided there were such things as “hate crimes” to help along their little groups of societal misfits, they had no idea how convoluted things would get. Chris is right to be confused since he has no concept of right and wrong…not when you make exceptions and excuses for wickedness and evil. But, then there’s “hate speech” and that’s a criminal offense to them, isn’t it? Where the liberals decide what’s offensive and to whom and how “hurtful” it is…all very confusing.

I believe this is why Obama can’t make a decision.

Don’t blame chris. It’s hard to be fair and impartial when you have a school girl crush on the President. What are the signs that Chris Matthews of MSNBC’s Hardball has a school girl crush on Obama?
1) He was seen writing on his note pad, Chris Obama-Christopher Obama-Barack Matthews-Barry Matthews.
2) When the President caught him staring at him from behind a tree Matthews ran off giggling
3) He was seen dropping his books at Obama’s feet and then just standing there batting his eyelashes.
4) He was overheard telling Rosie O’Donnell that Michele was not right for Barack.
5) He gets a thrill up his leg every time he hears Barack Obama speak.
