I agree Lorica...she is surely in better shape than most of the "guys" in politics. Obama looks anorexic, even those in the MSM noted that.

I think Newsweak will have a black eye for a while over their subterfuge.

To Sarah, I wish her well. I know she must have learned a lot in a short time of how to handle the "press" and the paparazzi.

One thing about the paparazzi--you have to admire their dedication at getting the pics...too bad MSM doesn't have the same kind of dedication to do real journalism.

Although I condemn this Newsweek cover, and probably the article, even tho, much like libs who are reviewing Sarah's book, I must admit I haven't read the article in question. =)) But I do have to admit, that I would rather look at pictures of Sarah than Hillary. It really is a no brainer. Not that I am trying to be sexist, but I am just a man. =)) - Lorica

It's about time "liberal" feminist bloggers acknowledged the sexism that motivates so many attacks on Palin. Now for that class problem.

I like Sarah Palin, she's the "real deal" in my admittedly biased view.

I voted (much!) more for her than McCain in the election...for all the good it did. :-(

Got an email from Amazon today saying that my copy of Going Rogue shipped today and will arrive 11/23.

For some reason I also think of Barry Goldwater when I think of Sarah Palin. Like Palin, Goldwater was more of a libertarian than a conservative. Like Palin, Goldwater was a strong believer in freedom and personal responsibility. Like Palin, Goldwater was demonized by Democrats and their pets in the media. Like Palin, they sought to portray Goldwater as some sort of monster. Like Palin, Goldwater was undermined by "moderate" Republicans who preferred to lose in a landslide rather than see someone outside their circle win an election.

I don't know if Palin will run for public office again (although I certainly hope so). But she, like Goldwater, may spark a revolution in American politics.
