Fear not. Any day now, al-Gore will have ads on the Golf Channel offering “Golfball Credits” you can purchase from him. These credits will allow you to smack buckets of balls ditectly into the cleanest water hazard without feeling guilty, because you’ll be buying the golfball allocation not being used by a North Korean peasant. So it’s all “golfball-neutral”.

Maybe he can get Obama to do an endorsement.

The obvious answer is to allocate $5 billion to fund free advanced golfing lessons for all golfers. If people could play golf better, they wouldn’t lose so many balls.
