Makes me sick. Did we not live through the last 8 years of Bush bashing? Did we not see how the left endangered our soldiers? The Press printing classified info? Abu Graib?

Do we not hear the men now fighting in Afghanistan under impossible rules of engagement imposed by this new Administration?

Not as long as the New Left generation from the 60s and their immediate heirs run things.

I also don’t think that, regardless of how they whine that there’s no difference between criticizing Obama and criticizing Bush (and that we should just shut up), you’ll ever see a Republican senator go on national TV and say “we’ve lost.” It’s one thing to criticize the conduct of a war -that’s a legitimate function of the opposition- but it’s another thing altogether to use that criticism to undermine your country’s war efforts. That is unforgivable.

And speaking of Harry Reid and “unforgivable,” I think it’s time to donate to Sue Lowden’s campaign, again.

One major difference in attacks during the previous admin and this one is that, back then, most attacks were ad hominem attacks; now, they are attacks about procedure. Many times the punch line nowadays is that whoever created the insane rules now must be at least a couple of bubbles off plumb, but the main attack is still procedure, not personality.

‘Course, it would take at least a partially functioning brain to realize that difference, so…
