@ Kate, I agree wholeheartedly. Obama and his ilk thought they were going to tear down and remake America in the vision of his own Emerald City in the land of Oz. Well now everyone is ignoring the man behind the curtain, because people are seeing that it’s all a facade and one that cannot deceive anymore.

Well this whole enemy combatant thing is blowing up in Obama’s face…his latest statement said they will be held indefinitely…sounds a lot like the Bush Doctrine on enemy combatants and not the “End Gitmo” promise to me!

They are after all on a mission dedicated to the destruction of the US and other western countries and they weren’t just drafted into a military of any established country that abides by any war conventions that I know of…so there’s the dilemma for Obama and Biden.

Biden is a fool…the lame stream media won’t report it and I hope that those fools in the progressive media get branded the same and their ratings and readers abandon them in droves.

@Tom TB: they’re covered alright: as illegal or unlawful combatants (i forget which term exactly), but whichever it is, all they are entitled to under international law is a summary execution.

A stateless combatant is not covered by any international treaty, because they don’t belong to a signatory member. There is no precedent in our history as to what Obama, Biden, and Holder are attempting to do; give the rights of American citizens to foreign outlaws, who are dedicated to our death and destruction.

Biden is much more stupid than Sarah Palin is alleged to be. Can you imagine the outcry from the government-controlled media had Sarah told the National Guard’s top defense attorney in New England, with the rank of Lt. Col., that she didn’t “know whether the new senator from Massachusetts understands: When you get tried in a military tribunal, you get a lawyer, too.”

Biden is one of the silliest runaway mouths in the US Senate, with in fact only Chuckie-boy Shumer able to keep up with his empty vacuous dodo-talk.
