Makes my blood boil! This is an affront to liberty. People are speaking up, but as you can see, those greedy, power drunk democrats are in this for all the marbles. They want to hand Obama a victory at any cost.

I agree ST, we need to be in their FACES….there’s busload of folk going down to Washington next week…I think I need to get on it!

I don't think it will come to this but the Senate parliamentarian is not the last word. Joe Biden is because he can overrule the parliamentarian. Even more significant is today's WaPo article by Carter/Clinton pollster Pat Cadell who completely trashes the Dems. LINK. Lots and lost of great quotes.

Nothing has been more disconcerting than to watch Democratic politicians and their media supporters deceive themselves into believing that the public favors the Democrats' current health-care plan.

Never in our experience as pollsters can we recall such self-deluding misconstruction of survey data.

CNN found last month that 56 percent of Americans believe that the government has become so powerful it constitutes an immediate threat to the freedom and rights of citizens. When only 21 percent of Americans say that Washington operates with the consent of the governed, as was also reported last month, we face an alarming crisis.

This is Pat Cadell speaking, not some "bitter, racist, right-wing extremist". Suddenly, it looks like Americans have waken up to the reality that it's radical government is waging war against them. If we don't prevail in 2010, we won't be needing pollsters anymore.
