Labor Day Weekend Open Thread
Getting ready to go “assist” dad in the pressure washing of the house and patio – as soon as he gets here 
. Weather’s supposed to be nice here today and tomorrow – about 10 degrees cooler than it was earlier this week.
Y’all have a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend!

I get one weekend in San Diego before we get underway Monday. I go back on watch midnight Sunday, but even still this is more weekend than we usually get. So I am trying to catch up on various places in SD I’ve been meaning to try and things are going very well.

When we passed through Charlotte on our way to Fort Jackson, I told my darling bride that I was going to wave “Hi!” to you as we passed. I waved toward the west as we were southbound on I-81; did I wave in the right direction? :)

Dana, if you were on 81, it wasn’t Panthers stadium you saw. 81 doesn’t even run through NC. You sure it wasn’t 85??
